One Response to “How to Be an Explorer of the World: Portable Life Museum”
this reminds me of a creative writing course i took wherein we had a weeklong assignment of taking daily sensory walks of at least 30 minutes. we had to write about what stood out to us–focusing on our senses. it’s amazing how much you hear when you listen. and the new things you see when you look closely. and the many different textures of leaves and bark and even the concrete beneath your feet. i love it! (though i wish he didn’t feel he had to write it in his own hand (or is that some doctored font?) with all the distracting markings. takes away from what he’s saying, IMO). thanks for sharing this!
